Fresh Pasta Classes are offered by Dominique Rizzo for all ages and skill levels. Dominique’s focus is on delicious, creative, healthy food drawing on her professional experiences and her vast range of food knowledge from her European and World travels.Â
The sweet juiciness of a sun ripened tomato is something we all yearn for, this class is all about capturing the flavours to be enjoyed all year round.
We will prepare the pasta dough and from this make ravioli, fettuccini and spaghetti before making some Potato Gnocchi. We will then make the accompanying sauces with authentic Italian recipes then sit down to eat the fruits of our labour – washed down with a complimentary glass of wine
The art of making home-made pasta truly is an art, and an unbelievably easy one to master. In this class we’ll make home-made vegan pasta dough from scratch (super easy). We'll make magical ravioli pillows filled with vegan ricotta, as well as another two pasta shapes.
Pasta Rustica (Rustic Pasta) Masterclass There are so many amazing pasta dishes that we thought we would introduce a second pasta class to showcase a few more. In this case we will show you how to make Pasta e Fagioli, Maltagliati e Cavolfiore and Ravioli di Carne (meat- filled ravioli).
