Tuscan food is about simple meals that are inexpensive, using the best of fresh produce and can easily be made in large amounts for the whole family to enjoy.  Although the food may be simple, it is rich in flavor, very hearty and quite filling.  

Cook this delicious spread of food before we all sit down as a family to share the meal Tuscan style with a glass of vino! 

Veal (or beef) Saltimbocca

This rustic dish combines tender veal, salty prosciutto and earthy sage.

 

Melanzane

  • Eggplant and mozzarella stack

 

Zucchini Focaccia

  • Yeasted Italian flatbread

 

Marinated asparagus

 

Tiramisu

  • coffee-flavoured dessert made of savoiardi dipped in coffee layered with mascarpone cheese and cocoa

  • This is a hands on and informative class where you will actively prepare the above dishes, have a great time doing so and also gain lots of valuable cooking tips along the way from our experienced and personable chef. 
  • This is a 2 hour class depending on the size of the class.
  • Our class sizes are kept small and intimate to allow you to get the most out of the class with our friendly & experienced chefs.
  • Feel free and welcome to ask our approachable chefs any cooking queries you may have!
  • Enjoy our brightly painted kitchens with state of the art domestic appliances and equipment.
  • We provide aprons for use while you are cooking, top quality ingredients to produce delicious food, chilled drinking water and a glass of wine to enjoy with your meal.
  • Enjoy our fun, relaxed and professionally delivered learning environment. Our chefs are passionate about sharing their wealth of experience and information to inspire you to prepare these dishes at home.
  • We can cater for common dietary requirements when advised in advance. Please notify us at the time of booking if you have any allergies or intolerances that we need to cater for.
  • The learning experience is hands on and interactive and recipes will be provided at the end of the class to take home.

In 2013 Sydney Cooking School welcomed Paul as Head Chef running many cooking classes of Paul’s creation as well as the running the BBQ School and fabulous and intimate Dine With The Chef evenings.
