This half day course enables your Fire Marshall/Warden to gain an understanding and knowledge of their role on how to undertake simple hazard spotting to prevent the outbreak of fire in the workplace.

The objectives of the course are enable delegates to Know the risks from lifting awkward and heavy loads. Utilize correct lifting and handling techniques suitable for their job to reduce the risk of injury. Have an understanding of the responsibilities under current relevant legislation.

Personnel involved in planning, supervising and/or execution of work resulting in entry to high risk confined spaces. It is advisable to undertake a medical examination prior to this training. The practical aspects of this course require the candidate to have a good level of fitness.
