Our pole and aerial fitness classes are strategically designed in such a manner as to ensure that you gain strength and avoid injury. Each of our 60 minute classes are structured to achieve the best results.
We begin with a 15 minute warm up consisting of mobilisation, a quick pulse raiser, followed by class specific stretching and conditioning. We then go on to a 35 minute pole or aerial repertoire. Closing off with a proper cool down and stretching. This is to achieve the ultimate workout with maximum results.
This is the fundamental foundation for your pole journey. Beginner pole class is crucial in building the correct strength and learning to engage the correct muscles etc for your more advanced classes that will come in the future.
