Building up the co-ordination,confidence and strength you will need to execute moves and tricks correctly is the most important part of beginner pole.
You will be introduced to the basics of Pole Fitness including vocabulary, grips, transitions, floor work, spins and tricks that makes up our internationally recognized syllabus.
Our pole and aerial fitness classes are strategically designed in such a manner as to ensure that you gain strength and avoid injury. Each of our 60 minute classes are structured to achieve the best results.
We begin with a 15 minute warm up consisting of mobilisation, a quick pulse raiser, followed by class specific stretching and conditioning. We then go on to a 35 minute pole or aerial repertoire. Closing off with a proper cool down and stretching. This is to achieve the ultimate workout with maximum results.
If you have a pole at home, this one is for you. Classes focus on techniques, movements and poses on the pole, with instructors not only demonstrating the moves, but watching participants through the live Zoom video to correct and guide them.
