Each pole fitness class consists of a warm-up, strength conditioning exercises, pole tricks and/or spins instruction, and a cool down. Pole fitness is a full body workout that builds on your fitness, tone, strength, endurance and flexibility.
An introduction to the basic skills and techniques to activate your core muscles and get you started on your pole journey.
This class is dedicated to the art of static pole. We will work on classic static combos consisting of dynamic movements and tumbles, static spins and rotations. This class will build your pole skill, strength and control.
Our four week Pole Technique course caters for all ages and fitness levels. Learn the basics of pole dancing with simple dance links, spins, poses and tricks, while you tone and strengthen muscles you never knew you had. Watch your body transform while you get fit, have fun and meet new friends.
This is the fundamental foundation for your pole journey. Beginner pole class is crucial in building the correct strength and learning to engage the correct muscles etc for your more advanced classes that will come in the future.
