We’re back for the 6th workshop in the series Recipes from our community, where we invite the members of our community of all ages to share their recipes and culinary successes.
Join us for an evening of vegan cheesemaking at Santropol Roulant! This is the perfect workshop to start learning the basics of homemade plant-based cheeses.
We’ll learn to make krauts as well as vegetables in brine. All participants will learn in a hands-on way and will return home with two fermentation-ready jars of vegetables!
Come join us for a discussion on canning and jam, required materials, and ingredients needed, as well as a walk through the process of making jam.
Come learn the basics of vinegar pickling with our food preservation team in our community kitchen.
