Food has played one of the most important parts in my life, I have owned several restaurants and have always loved to cook for my family and friends.
I have always believed that food is more than just a meal. It is a way of expressing love, friendship and culture. I love to travel the world and experience different cultures and one of the main ways I do this is through food. At the same time, I love to share my own culture with food as well. I honestly believe that food tells a story and there is no such thing as just a simple meal!
Studies have shown that there are many benefits to baking, including; increased confidence, stress reduction and supreme smugness! OK so we might have added that last one on.
We will teach you how to cook crepes in the European tradition or fluffy American style pancakes. There will be several options for fillings and toppings. Also, we will show how to make homemade cottage cheese, Philadelphia and mascarpone cheese. You’ll be surprised at how easy it is to do!
In this class, you will be creating several appetisers, snacks and main dishes completely made from Vegetables If you are looking to incorporate more vegetables into your life, or are searching for exciting new ideas on using vegetables in your cooking, this hands-on class is just for you.
These classes are run by Jade, Jade has over a decade of experience in child care centres as well as caring for smaller groups of children in their homes as a nanny.
The great thing about Mediterranean cuisine is that it is often very quick to cook! As it has influences from a wide range of countries, there is a lot you can experiment with.
