Course Details

You will cook 2-3 seasonal dishes in a 1-2-1 bespoke class, and learn all the nutritional and gut health benefits of cooking in season.

  • Wear comfortable clothing, with closed-toe shoes and hair tied back if long. Nothing else is needed touring, other than an open mindset and a willingness to learn.
  • All ingredients & equipment are provided for the duration of the class
  • Take away the recipes to replicate at home
  • Grow in confidence and ability in the kitchen
  • Whilst we cannot change the menu, we endeavor to offer you vegetarian options where possible. All medical allergies need to be disclosed upon booking.

Using fresh, seasonal produce I will take you through a step-by-step guide on how to build flavour and get amazing-tasting dishes to use again and again in the kitchen. You will leave this class feeling stress-free and confident
