Lesley’s daughter, Alicia Wilkinson, Commanderie des Cordons Bleus de France, is the present principal of the school, assisted by her daughter Carianne Wilkinson, International restaurant judge and director of SA Chefs Association. The family continues to produce international top chefs.

Natural Healthy Baking Classes are offered by Foodology for all ages and skill levels. Small interactive cooking classes (max 8-10) in a homely kitchen. All classes use local, seasonal ingredients and organic wherever possible. Often from our kitchen garden.
