We created our professional training program for people looking to switch careers, self-taught bakers who want skills taught at pastry school without the full time and financial commitment, and people who are unable to attend traditional pastry programs because they work during class hours.

The program will be Tuesday and Wednesday nights from January 11-March 30th. Each class will run from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. There will be 60+ hours of hands on and lecture style classes tailored specifically for people looking to start working in a bakery, restaurant, or their own business.
All skills and kitchen mannerisms taught will be in the same style one would experience in a professional setting rather than a classroom setting.

The Basic Cooking Series is designed to provide beginner cooking classes for the novice cook with little or no culinary experience. Starting with essential knife skills, Chef Eric will help you learn to be comfortable and confident in the kitchen.
Our cooking school in New York City offers an extensive selection of fun and engaging cooking classes tailored for couples like you.
The Art of Plating Class is offered by Balboa Catering. Cooking classes include a demo from Chef Alex Garfinkel, some friendly competition as you put your lessons into action, and a family-style meal that'll leave everyone full and happy.
