Beginners to intermediate. Those with an interest in Japanese cuisine/ expanding their recipe repertoire.
Skills/techniques/content covered:
Preparing and seasoning sushi rice, vegetable preparation, rolling and shaping techniques, presentation and plating.
Age suitability:
8 years upwards.
