Flight elements (aerials, back tucks, etc…) are introduced on a variety of tumbling surfaces. This includes wedges, the tumbling strip and our sprung floor. Recommended for students who are concurrently taking acro classes. Also, students wanting to achieve more advanced tumbling skills.
Learn to fly in our aerial yoga, hammock and hoop classes. Gain strength, flexibility and self-confidence. We believe in a community where everyone can train in a safe environment.Â
Aerial hoop is one of the classic circus apparatus, where you will learn spins and tricks and work on your streght through the exercises. All levels welcome, no experience needed!
Aerial Arts are dance, technique, strength, and fitness combined to create a beautiful acrobatic dance in the air with the support of an apparatus,
The teachers can assess you and guide you to choose the right level. We mainly want to offer courses in the format of a 10-week session in order to be able to better support you on your journey.Â
