Aerial Arts are dance, technique, strength, and fitness combined to create a beautiful acrobatic dance in the air with the support of an apparatus,
The teachers can assess you and guide you to choose the right level. We mainly want to offer courses in the format of a 10-week session in order to be able to better support you on your journey.

In aerial silks classes students will learn techniques for climbing, wrapping, and eventually dropping with a focus on safety and personal growth. Aerial silks is exciting, fun, and challenging. It is a great way to build confidence and courage and is appropriate for all genders and body types.
Aerial Dance course is offered by Dance Studio East. It is our mission to provide our students with quality instruction so they can attain a level of professionalism without leaving the province. We value dance as an art form to be enjoyed by all as it is a celebration of movement and music
