Description
In this Argentinian Class we’ll be teaching you how to cook the Messi of all menus with the tastiest of empanadas, the freshest and juiciest cuts of sirloin steak and the most melt-in-your-mouth Alfajores.
In a traditional home-cooked style, you’ll learn how to make an array of different classic Argentinian dishes, all of which can easily be recreated from the comfort of your own kitchen.
Starting you off with a glass (or two) of wine, while you settle in to watch a demonstration displaying the wonderful dishes you’ll be cooking up during the class, you’ll be shown fun tips and presentation tricks to have you making this Argentinian feast like a pro!
Once the demonstration is finished, you’ll get the chance to roll up your sleeves and get cooking. The chefs are always around to answer any questions you may have and to guide you throughout.
By the end of the class, you will have a wonderful 3-course Argentinian meal which you will then get to indulge in with a few more glasses of well-earned wine of course!

In this class our chef will teach you classic Chinese Dim Sum recipes – you will learn to cook a range of authentic ‘small bite’ dishes from China.
Next, the classic Sweet and Sour Chicken, where you will learn to marinate the meat and make the famous finger licking good sweet and sour sauce!
