The Emsworth Cookery School helps home cooks develop skills to make delicious everyday dishes and spectacular dishes for special occasions.
In this class we are going to make a traditional Panna Cotta with vanilla, A light and airy Ciabatta, Biscotti with almonds and lemons and my all time favorite tart, Pine nut & honey.
This Italian staple food can be found in any British household. However not all pasta is alike, during this course enjoy discovering the secrets of making your own pasta dough and you will soon come to realize how it elevates any dish to a new level.
In this class, we will make this dessert from scratch using authentic, high-quality Italian ingredients, and the result will be just as good as one bought from a Sicilian bakery!
Each session starts with everyone cooking together and then we enjoy a snack and have some time to play whilst the food cooks. Everything you create will be packaged up for the cooks to take home and proudly share!
