For this class, you will need; your choice of ground meat (turkey, chicken, beef, pork, or plant-based option), scallions, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, pepper, cornstarch, chicken or veggie stock, garlic, ginger, rice wine vinegar, honey, sesame seeds, etc.
