As a beginner baker it is important to understand yeast and how it interacts with different flours as well the processes involved in baking. In this class, expert baker Veronika, will guide you to learn about the ingredients and practices needed to make beautiful baked goods from around the world.
Learn how to read, understand and follow recipes and bake cinnamon rolls, pizza, chocolate babka and much more!
Veronika is passionate about baking and will share her extensive knowledge so you can gain confidence and mastery of this useful skill. Practice a wide range of baking techniques including kneading, shaping, proofing, types of glazing and the baking process itself.
Once you’ve mastered baking you will have a new stress relief technique that is creative, practical and produces delicious baked goods for you and your friends and family to enjoy.
All ingredients provided but bring an apron, tea towels and a dish cloth and containers to take any leftovers home.
By the end of the course, you’ll be able to:
