Our barista basics class teaches you the foundation skills of coffee making from the very beginning. You will leave this course knowing how to use the espresso machine, extract espresso, froth milk and make all the coffees on an Australian coffee menu.
Become a qualified barista and learn how to prepare and serve a range of coffee beverages. In this course students will learn the theoretical and technical sides of coffee making including the methods and techniques for preparing caffe lattes, cappuccinos, espressos (short black), and much more.
