The Make and serve coffee (Barista) course is highly recommended for anybody who wishes to kick-start their career or maintain employment in the hospitality industry throughout Australia.
This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to extract and serve espresso coffee beverages using commercial espresso machines and grinders.
This accredited course allows students who experience barriers to training to obtain their barista ticket and learn professional techniques to make you cafe-work ready! This training is subsidised by the NSW Government. Eligibility criteria applies.
