Learn how to dial in and adjust espresso recipes, steam textured milk, and pour some beautiful latte art patterns—an all-round workshop to step-up your espresso game.
This workshop for home enthusiasts or people starting out in the coffee industry will teach you the fundamentals of espresso. Learn how to dial in and adjust espresso recipes, create textured milk for all your favorite milk-based drinks, and how pour some basic latte art patterns. We'll cover how we like to serve espresso in our cafes, and what we look for in espresso, and how to manipulate extraction for your desired result.
Each bespoke session will be tailored to the workshop size, whether one on one or as a pair, and will last 90 mins. Please note that each participant must have purchased a ticket to attend. Sessions will be held at our roastery, situated behind Sneinton Market.

They intentionally designed the café and attached coffee roastery to create the best in-café environment and culture possible, serving both exceptionally high-quality food and coffee—an unfamiliar concept at that time.
We focus on buying traceable higher quality coffee from individual farmers and washing stations — influenced by flavor more than price. From farm to cup, we seek to preserve the unique flavors and characteristics of individual regions instead of the homogenized, dark-roasted coffee flavor found in most high-street brands.
