Course Details

In this course you will learn about the basics of cooking, the organization of the work plan, the sharpening of knives, the different techniques of cutting and cooking vegetables. 

Under the supervision of the chef, you prepare a three-course menu by practicing the essential cooking basics that any good amateur cook must know to be effective in the kitchen. A hands-on course, which ends with a meal accompanied by two glasses of wine.

Content: Salad of red and yellow beets, raspberries and goat cheese / Spinach flan / English hash browns / Pepper coulis / Parsnip crisps / Vegetable broth / Green pea gazpacho / Snacked salmon cubes / Citrus salad and whipped cream with Grand Manier
