Come and learn how to improve your strength, flexibility, breathing and stamina at our beginners’ yoga class
This class will explore yoga postures in more detail focusing on safety and dynamic/static variations. The class consists of a warm up, posture work, core stability, back bending, floor work and inversions. It is never too late to start and our classes are suitable for all ages and abilities.
Manchester Y Club is the largest and friendliest health club in the city centre.
Our facilities include a full gym, sports hall, studio classes, swimming pool, Fives courts ("like squash, only better"), sports clubs and much, much more.

You will learn to balance with the help of the aerial & be able to move through the class moving deeper into postures working with gravity.
In Meditation class we work on relaxing the body before removing the senses through guided mediation
Inexperienced flyers must attend the beginner's course first as we don't want you to land on your head.Â
Aerial Yoga classes are offered by Urban Aerial Southampton. Our classes have a wide range of fitness benefits including increasing upper body & core strength, increasing flexibility all whilst having fun & meeting new people.
