The Beginners Yoga Course will provide students with a detailed introduction to the core yoga postures (asana), which help to increase flexibility, improve posture and develop strength, stamina and confidence.
This class builds on the ‘Aerial Beginners Start Up 4 Week Course’ learning some new skills as well as consolidating skills learned as a new beginner.
Yoga classes are offered by Dance For All. All classes at Dance For All are a great way to exercise and provide a progressive learning experience, allowing you to hone your dancing skills while building a more flexible and supple body.
Inexperienced flyers must attend the beginner's course first as we don't want you to land on your head.
