It covers a wide range of yoga strands. Vinyasa is sometimes called flow yoga, because of the smooth way that the poses synchronise like dance.
Vinyasa is translated from Sanskrit as connection. This brand of yoga is a connection between movement and breath. All levels of ability and experience welcome.
We have been in operation for over sixteen years at the same location.
All of our teachers are experienced and trained dancers. We provide performing opportunities and access to performance jobs once you are a member.
Non-members can book individual courses on a six-week block basis. Try before you buy: join the club for one day and see how the club functions on a daily basis.

Aerial Yoga is a truly wonderful way to interweave fun into your practice while keeping the soulful elements of yoga very present.
Aerial Yoga classes are offered by Urban Aerial Southampton. Our classes have a wide range of fitness benefits including increasing upper body & core strength, increasing flexibility all whilst having fun & meeting new people.
It teaches you how the body can be solid and flexible while looking at the world from a different viewpoint.
The teacher will lead you safely through a fun sequence of poses using your yoga mat and the support of the aerial hammock to allow your body to safely move deeper into poses.
All courses are a combination of tutor-led contact days and home study and will involve a monthly attendance at the course venue on a Saturday. In addition there will be a voluntary one-hour online Q&A session held each month.
