Fit4Dance is dedicated to bringing quality and affordable dance and fitness instruction to communities that need it the most. We offer a comfortable space where women can have fun, learn to dance, improve their fitness and health, meet new people, explore other cultures, and freely express themselves.

Conditioning & Flexibility Classes are offfered by Salsa Salsa Dance Studio for all ages and skill level. Students come from all boroughs to learn to dance, hone their technique, and meet new people in a fun and friendly setting.
Build strength and flexibility in this fun conditioning class with Colleen Queen.
This stretch and conditioning class begins with a 15-minute warm-up followed by 30 minutes of core work, strengthening exercises, stretches, and body resistance training. Class closes with a 10-minute cooldown followed by a 5-minute meditation.
This 45 min class is a full body dance workout to a high energy mix of Soca, Afrobeats, Dancehall, & Latin sounds. Using Afro Caribbean music and movement, Fiyah Burn is designed for women to get fit, have fun, celebrate culture, and embrace the goddess within.
During the hour, we also stand for additional stretching and balancing. Here, we make great discoveries– including our center of gravity.
