And more importantly an awareness of the body and how it moves. An emphasis on correct positioning and correct use of the body musculature results in taller, more confidant stature! At the end of the hour, returned to the chair, a few minutes of meditation leads to a sense of well being.

Flexibility Classes are offered by Contemporary Academy of Dance for all ages and skill level. We provide our students with a safe, encouraging, and fun environment to learn a variety of dance styles.
This 45 min class is a full body dance workout to a high energy mix of Soca, Afrobeats, Dancehall, & Latin sounds. Using Afro Caribbean music and movement, Fiyah Burn is designed for women to get fit, have fun, celebrate culture, and embrace the goddess within.
Students will learn basic skills while enhancing flexibility, strength, balance and muscle control. A program designed specifically for dancers by a Sports trainer with the knowledge of the body and the extreme demands of dance.
