El'Shebang - Dance.Body.Soul was created by Lizelle van Tonder, now Lizelle Claassen, in order to live out her passion for dance, movement, creativity, uplifting, restoration and building relationships on a day-to-day basis through the means of Contemporary, Modern, Tap Dancing and Pilates.
El'Shebang offers Contemporary, Modern, Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Barre Fitness & Pilates, as well as choreography for wedding dances, flashmobs, competitions & shows. Holistically training body, mind & soul.
Body Conditioning is a series of exercises to tone, strengthen and lengthen the muscles and gain flexibility.
These fitness classes are simply fantastic. it is a mix of different styles involving Hip hop, Modern jazz, Zumba and so much more! Fitness classes are adapted to skill and ability to ensure you are able participate and enjoy the moves.
Body Conditioning Lessons are offered by Dance Direction International for all ages and skill levels. We strive to balance technique and performance in our learners.
Velocity Training covers a dance class incorporating technique, pliametric, floorcraft, choreography, flexibility, conditioning, fit-stam, strength, foot adgility and mixed genres of dance.
Fusion Fitness involves a dance class incorporating technique fitness, stamina, speed, choreography, principles, upper body strength, performance, various styles of dance, drama, core.
