Bounce has a commercial R&B/Pop root and the choreography is fun and easy to follow. Dance styles covered include Hip-Hop, Waacking, House and Vogue.
This is a total workout, combining elements of dance, fitness, cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. All of this is combined with an amazing boost of energy that will leave you feeling great at the end of each class!
This new and addictive class was created so that it is easy enough for everyone to follow, no matter your age, experience, ability or level of fitness!

The majority of the class focuses on strengthening the feet and ankles to make sure students are strong and ready to advance to pointe.
In our Progressive technique classes we use a syllabus specially developed for us at Stage One.
This class aims to help reduce muscle stiffness, release pain, improve flexibility and relieve stress. It is a low intensity class perfect for all levels of fitness
A sexy, energetic, fun workout that fuses fitness techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. And get this… you don’t even need any dance experience and you certainly don’t need a partner!
This class is dedicated to learning, improving, and perfecting technique in jumps, leaps, turns.. Stretch and strengthening is also combined to improve dancers power and range of motion.
