If you’re going to truly excel in your sport of choice, you’ll need a great boxing and athletic trainer. My name is Tristan Oceguera, and I work with aspiring athletes to get them more focused, powerful, and technically proficient than ever before. I believe in training to win and competing with sportsmanship. This, more than anything, is a direct reflection of my success as a boxing and athletic trainer.
Boxing utilizes punches only but focuses heavily on hand speed, head movement, and footwork. A good boxer can end a fight with one punch and is a very dangerous foe at close range.

This class will alternate between boxing and punching series and booty-focused strengthening circuits. Each class will end with a core finisher and attack round. There’s a fighter in each an every one of us!
