Currently, the Academy (of Dance) delivers classes for the "Dance" Department only. These classes are further divided into two main categories -

Stretch / Conditioning Lessons are offered by Academy Dance Studios. For the serious student who has the desire, motivation and physical facility to pursue a career in dance, our industry experts will work with you and offer you the training, support and guidance in achieving your goals.
Strength & Stretch is a fitness class where you will build strength specifically to help you on your aerial apparatus through conditioning exercises but it will also be useful for general dance, fitness and pole members.
Dancenorth’s Still Dancing classes are for those who prefer taking a little more time to move. Initial exercises prepare participants thoroughly and efficiently for full and flowing movement sequences, with a diverse soundtrack spanning abstract and popular music.
