Laos and Cambodian food is absolutely delicious. It is bursting at the seams with flavoursome herbs and fresh spices.  Nestled between Vietnam and Thailand the cuisines share similarities but mostly due to latitude and food availability.  

A truly seasonal cuisine, made from food from the land.  The recipes we'll cook were collected in Laos & Cambodia 2013 and adapted to cooking in the modern kitchen.
