Over the years, Nourishing Nosh has morphed from a community based boutique cooking school, to include nutrition and sustainability education for community,   schools and corporate workplaces.

Our tag line - delicious, nutritious, conscious eating speaks to  our values.  We practise and encourage the consumption of delicious dishes made from sustainable, recognisable whole food.  Our tasty, inspiring recipes will help reconnect you with real food and make you want to skip into the kitchen.

We love food, preparing it, cooking it, growing it, sourcing it and sharing it with friends and family. When you leave our classes and seminars, we want you to feel inspired, empowered and completely satisfied.  Please join us on a culinary adventure that will last a lifetime.  â€‹
