Winter Menu:
Appetiser: Asian style stuffed mushrooms with ginger, coriander and cashews (vegan)
Main: Individual Moussaka with Lentil Ragout
Accompaniments: Crunchy Winter salad (vegan)
Dessert: White wine poached pears with sweet spiced labne and hazelnut crumble clusters (vegan option)
