During this class we will be revealing the secret of the bagel! Members of the workshop will be taught every step - Making, shaping, boiling and baking the dough with your own choice of seed toppings.
The training covers all aspects of what is involved in serving safe gluten-free (GF) food, from choosing ingredients, storage, food preparation, and cooking right through to serving customers and labelling your menu.
Please note that this will mainly be a demonstration with some student participation. You will take home some samples, taste a variety of breads, and take home your own sourdough starter as well as the knowledge of how to produce your own bread at home.
