Introduction To Cheese-making

  • This is the cornerstone class to all other classes in cheese making.
  • A full day where we learn all the basics of making cheese – and even eating cheese.
  • We’ll cover all the major types of cheese making – from feta, mozza, cheddar, you name it – thus giving you a foundation for taking this amazing new hobby as far – and in whichever direction – you like!
  • Not a class based on demos but one where you’ll dive into making your own cheese.
  • And not just one cheese or two cheeses but as many as 4 different cheeses.
  • We’ll be working with a variety of different kinds of milk, so you’ll learn about all the differences and how to respond when your milk supply varies.
  • And you’ll take your very own cheese home with you.
