Who We Are
All cooking students are registered as cook apprentices with Skilled Trades BC. Upon successful completion of the program, eligible students can write both the Professional Cook One and Two Certificate of Qualification exams.
We recognize that starting a new career is a huge decision, one of the largest in a person’s life. Because of this, the enrolment process has three-steps during which both the potential student and the college have adequate time and information to make the right decision.
Our in-person classes are limited to 10 people - Don’t be disappointed, book now! Prep, cook and enjoy delicious dishes in a fun, friendly setting like no other.
Professional Cook offers students who are passionate about cooking a chance to delve deeper into the culinary arts.
If you're an adventurous bunch, you can opt to let Chef Yoda choose your cooking class! We've had a variety of different classes in the past, so you can be sure for something exciting and different!
