This spicy Chinese cooking class is perfect for students who are ready to turn up the heat! Students will prepare a variety of spicy Szechuan dishes ranging from Dan Dan Noodles, Stir-Fried Chinese Broccoli, and Szechuan Cucumbers. We will explore bold & spicy flavors, fun techniques, and knife skills.

Students can expect to spend around two & a half hours in the kitchen, with time in the end to enjoy the fruits of their labor. In our Chinese cooking class, students will learn:
