If you would like to spend a whole day baking or, just an evenings introduction to bread making, then take a look at our upcoming courses. Having a strong belief in learning from a young age, we also have a variety of Kids Courses. Many of which run through the school holidays, making it a treat for both them and you.
We start the day with a bit of a challenge - rough puff pastry. This will be used to make cheese straws, for a snack . We will then ' use puff pastry for our Diggle pasties, to be taken home and shared (some of these can be eaten for lunch).
A fun and informative day where children aged 11yrs+ can show their creative flair, while learning some new knowledge on basic knife skills and food hygiene facts.

The course will provide an interactive learning experience that gives young people the opportunity to develop a life-long love for the culinary arts.
