About ten years ago I started running cookery classes from home. Three years ago I started working with Neff, Siemens, Bosch and Gaggenau and since then I deliver on average two cookery classes a week for them.
Getting to grips with the basics or improving your culinary skills, our Adult Cookery Club will introduce you to different dishes and improve your confidence

The Professional Cookery (Preparation and Cooking) City & Guilds Level 2 Diploma offers a great grounding for a variety of hospitality areas such as: Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Cookery and Hospitality Services all leading to employment opportunities.
