Fiona is so excited to bring this class to life. It's a collection of her mother-in-law's traditional family recipes. Fiona married into an Indian family 18 years back and her love for Indian food began soon after that.

It’s an absolute privilege to bring these recipes to life. They are recipes you won't find at your local Indian. These are the real deal, authentic Indian dishes you can recreate at home.

Most dishes in this class are gluten free. This class is 100% plant-based. Please advise when booking if you are gluten free so we can accommodate you.

The class is loaded with simple and flavoursome recipes.  Wholesome Bellies’ classes are for all levels as all recipes are simple, using only a few key ingredients. 

 

The Menu:

  • Potato and cauliflower pakora

  • Coriander chutney

  • Broccoli and lentil dhal with coconut cream

  • Traditional chole curry (chick pea)

  • Home-made roti bread

  • Basmati rice infused with roast cumin and almonds

 

The class is 100% plant-based, except for the Samosa.  Unfortunately, we are unable to make them gluten-free.
