Join us for this hands on cooking class for a wonderful seasonal feast of Italian dishes with Valentina Harris who is a much loved and noted authority on Italian Food and has written over 20 books on Italian cookery. She will teach you the skills and provide you with the knowledge to get the most from these ingredients.

A dessert of a Piedmontese Bunet (chocolate and amaretto caramel pudding) and some cantucci with pistachios will round off a truly memorable day of cooking with Valentina.
