Join us at Waterman House Cookery School, at this very popular class where we make a classic Thai meal which you can easily replicate in your own home. At this class we will be making a paste which is the basis for all good curry recipes. This is a great class if you what to learn how to make great tasting dishes at home.
During the class you will be making:
Thai Chicken Noodle Soup
Thai Red Chicken & Prawn Curry
Hot and Spicy Cabbage
Steamed Jasmine Rice
This class lasts approximately 3 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes, sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary drink. It also includes a recipe pack to take home.
This class is suitable for all, as we can tweak the dishes to suit your requirements.
