We will guide you through two different types of sustainable fish, in the south west we have access to brilliant fresh fish from Newlyn and as close as Lyme Regis. Working hands-on to fillet, scale & gut your own.
We will then turn this into two incredible dishes from southern Thailand, think 'Tom Yum’, ‘Hor Mok Pla’, ‘Gaeng som’ or ‘Khanom jeen nam ya’
This is a fun and informative 2 and a half hour session with a sit down two course dinner at the end

We are opening our doors for a one off notty night of Thai food. Come and join us for a casual and delicious dining experience. Wander around, hang out at communal tables, chat to chefs while they cook, get hot & stay late.
