About Developing U

Developing U is a specialist training provider primarily located in Bletchley, Milton Keynes, with a second training facility based in Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent. We offer a wide range of training options, from bespoke and online courses, to apprenticeship programmes, traineeships and workshops. We also offer adult learning opportunities across many industry sectors, with new training options being added continuously.

Developing U is a part of the Penderson’s Group, who specialise in rail and plant industry training, and as such we offer courses in these areas. Our staff are fully-qualified to support our learners and their employers, with assessors available to aid with on-the-job assessments. All training options that we offer are nationally recognised, with courses from City and Guilds, EAL and VTCT all available.

We are also able to provide advice related to course funding, alongside discussions on what training option will suit your needs best. We pride ourselves on providing a high quality education to all our learners, whilst establishing great business to business relationships.
