Delivery of practical cooking & diet education classes for children and adults.
DurationWe are specialist Dietitians and are therefore able to educate using evidence-based nutritional advice for you and your children. In doing so we aim to improve the dietary intake of families and educate them on a healthy balanced diet whilst simultaneously creating a positive relationship with food.
The participants will become Food Heroes and lead the preparation and making of different meals/snacks that can be taken home and enjoyed by the family.
The classes will provide educational learning about all the lovely ingredients we use, different food groups, counting, and weighing. We aim to encourage healthy habits for life.
Our education sessions are aimed to improve the health and well-being from childhood through to adulthood. We deliver evidence based, person centred dietary education and advice.
These sessions can be incorporated in our cookery classes or we can also provide a tailored service to suit your needs. We are able to provide one to one or group education sessions. We work with schools, charities and can also work privately with individuals and families.
