After tackling these six fundamental cooking techniques, there is no limit to the variety of meals you can make. Knife Skills Making Soups Browning / Braising Meats Making Pan Sauces Roasting Root Vegetables OR Smashed Potatoes Cooking Leafy Greens
In this fully hands-on class, learn how to hold and use a kitchen knife like a true chef. Learning these skills will definitely shave time off your cooking. And come with an appetite because we'll be cooking with all the ingredients we're cutting!
This class covers different types of survival knives and their uses. As safety is paramount, much of this class will focus on proper handling and use of knives.
The course explores in detail, safe knife skills.
During three in person classes, kids learn different cooking techniques, knife skills and flavour combos.
