Sharing Kitchen Space And Lore Has Always Been One Of My Favorite Pastimes.

  • Whether you’re green or experienced in the kitchen, I offer customized cooking lessons to get you to the level you want to be. If you’re in the Victoria area, looking to hone your craft, or even just master a few ‘go-to’ dishes we can help. With a little time and attention, you can be whipping up your own twists on the classics in no time.
  • Cooking can be an art, but in order to properly express it as such, cooking must first be a trade. Like all trades, it is imperative that the basics be learned before true creativity and play can take place. Getting to know the basics techniques and classic recipes is the first step to spreading your wings in the kitchen. For me, cooking lessons are about learning the small things, the little tricks begin to add up, and soon enough, with the right teacher and practice, you will find yourself creating dishes far beyond the apparent level of complexity that you ever imagined. Or perhaps a perfectly executed simple dish that will have your loved ones loosening their belts and praising the chef.
