Gazpacho is a cold soup that originated in Iberia consisting of blended vegetables, garlic, vinegar, oil, and more. Niçoise Salad is a French dish often consisting of tuna, green beans, tomatoes, eggs, and potatoes. It is a filling, cold dish, perfect to take on the go with you. Lastly, Chef Tshihamba will walk you through a spicy Thai Green Papaya Salad.

During this class, Chef Jennifer will guide participants through a main course and dessert recipe in a step-by-step fashion. Participants will learn cooking techniques as well as detailed information about the ingredients and the culture behind the cuisine.
Ranjana's Indian vegetarian cooking classes are hands-on, informative and interactive. Each three-hour class is followed by a nine-course sit-down meal. All classes are in the comfort of her home.
Vegan Cooking class is offered by International Pantry. Our cooking classes are taught by metro area chefs. All classes are observational and like "Dinner and a Show"! Â You will get to eat everything that's prepared and receive written recipes and get to interact with the chef. Â
Vegan Cooking class is offered by Plant Love (Personal Chef). Classes are hands on, interactive and lots of fun. You go home with recipes and all the food that you cooked. Group rates available. Classes can be customized to suit your particular needs.
