Join us in this six-week program as we take a global look at a variety of cuisines that have taken the world by storm. Hosted by Chef Andrew Schmidt, the Around the World Series will educate students on individual cultures, their culinary staples, and the context behind it all!

Learn about candy, chocolate, our business, and the features of the one-hundred-year-old Sweet Pete's candy mansion. Participants will view all the different rooms throughout our building, our production facility and go behind the scenes to see our packaging room and caramel wrapping machine. 

Professional Culinary Arts course is offered by Community Culinary School. We provide workforce development training and job placement assistance for adults who face barriers to long-term successful employment.

A British Favorite - Chicken Tikka Masala class is offered by Ayesha's Kitchen. Ayesha's Kitchen offers so much more than just the know-how of how to put together a delicious Indian meal, it takes you on a mystical journey through the legacy of authentic Indian traditional cuisine
